Solicitud de cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-601/14.
La peticionaria afirma que la UGPP aún no ha cumplido lo ordenado en la providencia de la referencia, toda vez que, bajo el argumento de corregir un error aritmético, desconoció la obligación impuesta por la Corte relacionada con la correcta indexación de su mesada pensional.
La Sala considera que su intervención no es procedente en el presente caso, en la medida que no existe justificación para ocuparse del cumplimiento de la orden, por ausencia de los presupuestos que para el efecto se exigen.
